Ingredients

  • espresso coffee - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • liquid cream - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • brown sugar - 3 - 4 pcs. (lumps)
  • dominican dark rum - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 ml)
  • ice - 2 - 3 cubes

How to make

In a wide glass, pour the dark Dominican rum, add the lumps of brown sugar and stir intensively, until it melts.

Add the coffee into the glass and finally add the cream and if desired, ice - 2-3 cubes.

It can be served warm (without ice), but it is recommended to drink it chilled.

The Dominican Coffee is ready.
