How to make
The ribs are separated. Transfer them into a bowl, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt, black pepper, paprika, drizzle them with teriyaki sauce and oil. Mix well to distribute the marinade evenly.
The onion is peeled and cut into slices. It is used to cover the pork ribs. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge overnight.
Grease the grill pan with a little oil and first fry the onion slices in it. Set them aside for garnish.
Cook the ribs in the same pan, by turning them periodically, until they aquire an appetizing color.
The pan-grilled pork ribs are served hot, garnished with fried onions.
