  • lemons - 3 pcs.

  • bay leaf - 3 leaves
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

The silver carp fillets, which are cut into portions, are sprinkled well with salt and black pepper and they are arranged in a greased baking pan.

The sliced ​​onions are distributed evenly around the fillets and the tomatoes are also sliced into ​​thicker pieces and placed on the fish itself.

Everything is sprinkled with salt and the finely chopped garlic cloves. Break the bay leaves into large pieces and sprinkle the dish evenly with them. Finally, it is poured with the oil and the lemons (cut into rings) are placed on top.

It is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
