How to make
The pork belly is cut into thin, long pieces.
In a bowl, mix the dry crushed and ground spices - cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic, oregano, paprika and add salt.
Everything is mixed well and each piece of meat is rubbed with the mixture on all sides.
Finally, it is smeared with olive oil or oil and left to sit in a cool place for at least one hour.
Cook the meat on the grill, which has been greased with a piece of bacon, over well-heated charcoals, by turning it on both sides.
It is served with a suitable seasonal salad.
