  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • coriander - 1 tsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil (or oil for greasing the meat)
  • bacon - 1 small pc. (for greasing the grill)

How to make

The pork belly is cut into thin, long pieces.

In a bowl, mix the dry crushed and ground spices - cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic, oregano, paprika and add salt.
