How to make
Put the sugar in the saucepan on the stove and caramelize it.
Add the cherries.
The caramel will thicken, but don't worry.
The cherries will release water/juice and will melt.
Reduce heat and boil, until the liquid is reduced.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool and serve the caramelized cherries.
You can make a cup of Vanilla Ice Cream and add them on top.
