How to make
The pork loin is cut into about 0.4″ (1 cm) thick pieces.
The cut pieces are placed between cling film and thinned out with a hammer.
The schnitzels are seasoned with as much black pepper and salt as you like.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
The flour and breadcrumbs are poured into two separate and convenient containers.
Pour the oil into a pan and put it on the stove to heat up for about 10 minutes.
The sliced pork loin is first rolled in flour, then dipped in the beaten eggs and finally rolled in the breadcrumbs.
The pieces of pork schnitzel are placed one by one into the pan carefully and fried, until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the pork loin schnitzels with a suitable garnish.
