How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces and grind it into minced meat. Put it in a large bowl and crack the eggs inside.
Add the spices and knead the minced meat, until it becomes crumbly.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Take it out and shape schnitzels.
Roll them, first, in flour and then in the beaten eggs.
Fry them in well-heated oil on both sides.
Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb excess fat, then serve the breaded turkey schnitzels.
