  • spaghetti - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onion - 1 medium - sized onions
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • shrimp - 10.5 oz (300 g) only tails (frozen)
  • fresh spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • chili - a pinch
  • salt - by taste
  • cherry tomatoes - 4 - 5 pcs. (cut)
  • lemons - 1 pc. juice and peel
  • parmesan - by taste

How to make

To prepare the spaghetti with spinach and shrimp, you must first clean the spinach and wash it thoroughly.

Also clean the shrimp (if using fresh ones), by removing their heads, then using a toothpick to remove the black vein that runs along their spine.

Boil the spaghetti (al dente) in plenty of salted water.

Finely chop the onion. Heat extra virgin olive oil (3 tablespoons) in a pan and when it is well heated, fry the chopped onion, until it becomes translucent.

Add the shrimp and chopped garlic cloves. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the shrimp and stew them. The other option is white wine - 30 ml. Season with hot paprika, salt and black pepper.

Add the cherry tomatoes. Add a little grated lemon peel (optional) and stew for about 3-4 minutes.

Strain the cooked pasta and mix it with the shrimp.

Add the fresh spinach and the remaining olive oil. Stew, until the spinach softens - for about 2 minutes. When ready, sprinkle generously with Parmesan and black pepper and serve.
