"Cool a good quality white wine and serve it with these delicious spaghetti with shrimp!"

Ingredients

  • shrimp - 10 - 12 pcs. (small and cleaned)
  • spaghetti - 2.2 oz (60 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • chicken broth - 1/4 cup
  • fresh lemon peel - 1 pinch
  • fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp.
  • finely chopped parsley
  • parmesan - for sprinkling

How to make

Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

The shrimp are fried for about 1 minute in a pan with heated butter and olive oil.

Take them out and in the same pan put the chopped garlic, broth, lemon peel and juice, salt, pepper and boil, until the mixture thickens.

Then add the shrimp, strained spaghetti, parsley and parmesan.

The spaghetti with shrimp and lemon are mixed and served sprinkled with parmesan, parsley and a little olive oil.
