Ingredients

  • melted butter - 4 oz (113 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • milk - 5.4 fl oz (160 ml)
  • vanilla
  • flour - 9.2 oz (260 g)
  • sugar - 4.8 oz (135 g)
  • baking powder - 2 1/2 tsp.
  • chocolate - 8.5 oz (240 g)
  • TOPPING
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. (light brown)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Oven 360°F (180°C);

Muffin tin with 12 molds;

Paper muffin cups - 12 pcs.

Beat the eggs with a wire whisk with the vanilla and milk.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and add the chocolate drops.

Using a spatula, add the liquid ingredients and room temperature melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix, until the ingredients are combined well.

Fill the paper muffin cups evenly with two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop.

They are sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon topping.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 18-20 minutes.

Leave them in the molds for about 5 minutes and then cool them on a wire rack.

The Chocolate Chip Muffins are ready.

Note: Any muffin is nice, although I really dislike them. I prefer to prepare a nice rich butter cake for example. But the truth is, the children really like them and are happy with them, so I prepared them quickly. Easy aromatic muffins with crunchy chocolate inside.

I always use an electronic scale and that's why the weight of the products is such. But they can always be rounded for convenience.
