Ingredients

  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • cumin seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Mix the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, with lemon juice and mix well with a mixer.

Add the oil and half of the cumin. Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the crumbled white cheese.

Grease the molds with butter and flour and pour the mixture.

Add the remaining cumin on top.

Bake the delicious savory muffins in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until they aquire a golden brown color.

You can serve the savory muffins with white cheese and cumin with milk, coffee, tea.
