How to make

School starts soon. I will show you several recipes suitable for breakfast or lunch at school and work, as well as for a picnic. I start with my men's favorite spelt muffins.

The milk is first mixed with the soda. Gradually add the eggs, butter and flour, mixing with a whisk. Finally, crumble the cheese and mix with a spatula or spoon. I use silicone molds that I have pre-greased with butter.

I baked the muffins in the air fryer.

The air fryer is first switched on to heat up at 200°C on the Bake program for 2-3 minutes. Then set to 165°C. The cheese muffins are baked for 10 minutes on one side. Then they are taken out of the molds and turned over to bake for 3 minutes.

You can also bake the muffins in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. My oven is gas and it bakes differently.

12 small muffins with spelt and white cheese are obtained.
