"Quick and delicious spelt bread buns prepared in an air fryer"

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g) melted
  • spelt flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g) crumbled

How to make

The yogurt is mixed with the soda, until it activates.

Add the egg and butter. Beat by hand.

Add the flour and knead the dough. It becomes very sticky. Stir with a spoon or spatula.

Finally, add the crumbled cheese and stir again.

Form the small bread buns with slightly wet hands.

Sprinkle them with seeds on top.

I baked them in the air fryer. I chose the roast program - 320°F (160°C), 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes I turned them over. Grease the grid with butter and then arrange the spelt bread buns. It is best to place them onto baking paper.

You can bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20-30 minutes. Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper.
