Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 cup
  • savory herb - 2 - 3 pinches

How to make

Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Beat the eggs in a bowl, no mixer is needed. Add oil, yogurt and grated cheese.

Finally, pour the flour and mix everything until the dough is medium thick, season with two or three pinches of savory herb.

In the muffin paper liners pour 2 tbsp. of the mixture and arrange in a baking tray. Bake our savory muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Poke them with a toothpick, if they are ready, it should come out dry. Remove and serve the finished cheese and egg savory muffins.
