How to make
In a clear coffee cup, place the coffee beans, lemon peel, sugar and rum.
Heat the rum in the microwave (it should boil). Take it out and light it with a lighter. Just wait for it to go out.
Carefully move the cup, by being careful not to burn yourself and make the coffee.
* In bars, the rum is heated it with steam, until it starts to bubble.
* The coffee had to stay on top and the alcohol on the bottom, but because I make it at home, my coffee machine flows very strongly and everything mixes.
Quemado Coffee (Carajillo Quemado de Ron) is ready.
