How to make
Wash and clean the pumpkin from the seeds. Make small cracks in the surface.
Sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon.
Cut pieces of butter and close it well in aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 250°C, then reduce to 180-200°C.
Roast it for 1-1.5 hours. Open it up and roast the pumpkin on top.
Serve it on a plate sprinkled with honey and walnuts.
