How to make
Clean the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into pieces. You can pierce the pieces lightly with a fork. Put them in a tray.
Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in warm water, enough to reach up to 1/3 of the pumpkin's height in the tray.
Smear the pumpkin pieces nicely with jam on top, sprinkle each piece with a pinch of cinnamon and with some walnuts. Put it to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 minutes.
