  • cauliflower - 1/2 head

  • butter - 1 lump

How to make

Wash and cut cauliflower and broccoli into pieces. Blanch them for 5-7 minutes in boiling salted water. Take them out and strain them. Put them in a baking pan.

Make the Béchamel by heating the fat. Add the flour and fry it. Dilute with cold milk (I deliberately have not given an exact amount, because you may want the sauce to be thinner or thicker - you decide).

Add the spices and turn off the hob.

Cut a few pieces of butter on the vegetables and pour the Béchamel over them.

Bake, until ready, five minutes before turning off the over, sprinkle the casserole with yellow cheese and place it back in the oven.
