How to make
Wash and clean the fish.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces and the peppers and onions into strips.
Cut a large piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle the foil with a little olive oil.
Put the potatoes, peppers and onions in it. Add a little salt. Put the fish on top. Sprinkle with a little black pepper, salt and olive oil. Seal the sea bass tightly in foil.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve the fish with a slice of lemon while it's warm.
