  • corn flour - 1 cup
  • corn semolina - 1 cup
  • wholemeal flour - 1 cup
  • himalayan salt - 2 level top tsp.
  • savory herb - 3 pinches
  • basil - 2 - 3 pinches
  • sunflower seeds - 2 - 3 handfuls
  • poppy seeds - 1 - 2 handfuls
  • sesame seeds - 2 handfuls
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • apple cider vinegar - 3 - 4 tsp.
  • ground black pepper - 1 - 2 pinches
  • spices (of choice)
  • water - 1 and 1/2 cups

How to make

1 cup is 6.8 fl oz (200 ml).

Easy Corn Biscuits, which are suitable for a diet.

Mix a dry mixture of corn flour, semolina, wholemeal flour, seeds - raw sunflower seeds, sesame, poppy, soda with apple cider vinegar, spices - Himalayan salt, savory herb, basil, ground black pepper and more (optional).

Gradually pour warm water and knead the dough, which is not very elastic due to the coarse semolina, but enough to roll it out into 0.2″ (5 mm) thick crust.

Then cut out circles for the biscuits or other shapes.

Carefully arrange them at a short distance in a tray greased with sunflower oil and bake them at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, until they become crunchy.
