How to make
Put the sugar and water for the caramel in a saucepan. Caramelize over medium heat without stirring.
Pour the caramel into a cake tin. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk and orange juice.
Add finely grated orange peel and stir. Break the bread into small pieces and add it to the mixture.
Stir again. Pour the mixture over the caramel.
Bake at 250°F (120°C) for about 50 minutes in a water bath.
After five hours, turn the pudding over onto a plate or tray.
The easy pudding with bread and orange flavor is ready.
