How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream. Add the milk, butter, semolina, baking powder and grated orange peel, mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan, smeared with soft butter and flatten it. Put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until ready for about 30-35 minutes and set aside to cool completely.
During this time, prepare the syrup by mixing sugar and water in a saucepan and place it on the stove to boil. Boil for 4 minutes after it starts boiling, pouring the juice of one orange at the end and adding the butter.
Pour the cold cake with hot syrup. Serve the cold revani with ice cream!
