How to make
Prepare the marinade by mixing the listed products.
Leave the pork chops in the marinade for at least two hours.
Arrange them in a baking pan and arrange a little of the blue cheese on each pork chop and on top of the mushrooms (cut into slices).
Since both soy sauce and blue cheese are quite salty, you may not need extra salt and that's why it is not listed as an ingredient in the recipe.
Of course, you can always add salt to taste if necessary.
Pour the marinade over the pork chops and wrap them with aluminum foil.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and then bake a little longer without foil.
The pork chops with mushrooms and blue cheese are very tasty!
