Ingredients

  • veal minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • arpa noodles - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • oil
  • parsley
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

In a bowl, knead the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, black pepper, chopped fresh parsley and as much salt as you like.

Form small round meatballs and roll them in flour. Fry them, until they're done.

In another bowl, place the grated tomatoes, sugar, a little fat and as much salt as you like. Fry, until the water evaporates slightly.

Boil the noodles in salted water and strain them. Add the tomato sauce to the orzo and stir.

Serve it with fried meatballs and grated yellow cheese.
