Heat the milk in a small pot and pour the oatmeal. Stir, until it is boiling and remove it from the heat.
Set it aside for about 10-15 minutes and add flaxseed, chia seeds and hemp seeds.
Wait another 30 minutes, then stir to determine if the mixture has thickened enough.
Finally, add liquid pine honey and mix the delicious oatmeal well, in order to sweeten the healthy breakfast.
Distribute it into two breakfast bowls, sprinkle it generously with more hemp seeds and garnish with diced dates.
