How to make
Orzo is a small dried pasta, which is similar to rice grains.
According to the Italians, they look like barley and that is why it is traditionally called orzo (barley). It can be used in soups, with a rich tomato sauce or as a quick rice substitute.
Stir the marinade products with it and spread the turkey legs. Bake them for about 1 1/2-2 hours at 340°F (170°C) in a glass cookware with a lid or under foil.
When the legs are almost ready, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Strain the water and place it back onto the hob.
Add the olives and dried tomatoes, a little olive oil and leave everything on the stove for a minute or two, until the pasta is flavored.
Serve the turkey on the pasta, by leaving it whole or deboning it and serving it in pieces.
The Orzo with Turkey Legs is ready.
