First soak rice with a teaspoon of salt in 2 wine glasses of warm water.
Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion in the oil, add the butter and pour the rice, which is strained from the liquid.
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Pour half a glass of warm water, wait for it to be absorbed and remove it from heat.
Fill the cleaned chicken with the rice stuffing and sew the hole well. Grease it well with salt and melted butter.
Roast the stuffed chicken in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 1 hour.
