How to make
Boil the brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
Put olive oil in a pan to heat up, add the flour, stir quickly, then pour the tomato juice. Stir a lot over low heat, until the lumps dissolve. Add the harissa paste and leave it to boil.
The peeled tomatoes are cut into small pieces. Add them to the rest of the sauce and continue cooking. Season with salt and black pepper.
Before the end of cooking, strain the pieces of tuna and add them to the sauce. Stir and remove from the heat.
Serve the rice on a plate and pour the red sauce over it.
The brown rice with tuna in red sauce is ready.
