How to make
Place the mince in a bowl. Add the water, oil, salt, black pepper, cumin and thyme. Mix all the ingredients together and chill for 2 hours.
Knead again and shape 4 burgers, Arrange them in a nonstick tray, cover with tin foil and chill again for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake the burgers for about 10 minutes. Remove the foil, flip the burgers, cover again and bake for 15 more minutes.
Arrange the bacon in the tray around the burgers and bake for 2-3 minutes, until he bakon crisps up.
Cut the bun in half. Spread a little Mayonnaise on each half.
Place a few gherkin slices on the bottom halves, a slice of Gouda cheese, one burger, a bacon slice and finally one more cheese slice.
Assemble the hamburgers, place them in plates and garnish with French fries.
