  • pork chops - 4 pcs. (neck)
  • processed cheese - 8 slices (smoked)
  • sour cream - 9 oz (250 g)
  • black pepper
  • onion - 1 onion
  • mushrooms - a few pcs.
  • oil

How to make

Pound the pork chops, season them with salt and black pepper. Pour oil on the bottom of a glass baking pan and arrange the pork chops.

Put the chopped mushrooms and onions on them. The processed cheese is spread on each pork chop and then everything is covered with sour cream.

Put a lid on and put the pork chops in the oven. Turn it to 320°F (160°C) and bake for about 30 minutes.

Then increase to 360°F (180°C) and bake, until they're fully cooked. Serve them with garnish of your choice.

The juicy pork chops with processed cheese are very tasty.
