How to make
Finely chop the spinach, blend it with the eggs and einkorn flour.
Spread the resulting mixture onto baking paper and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 20-30 minutes.
While the base is baking, make the cream, cut the ham and the red pepper very finely for it, bake them in a pan for 5 minutes with 1 tbsp. fat to smoke the pepper.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the yogurt, add the cooled ham and pepper, season with spices and stir.
After removing the base from the oven, while it is warm, spread it with the mixture and wrap it as an appetizing savory roll.
Leave the spinach roll in the refrigerator for an hour and cut it.
