"Hocus pocus - and the tastiest beef in the world is in the pot"

Ingredients

  • beef - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc. large
  • peas - 0.9 (400 g) Frozen
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • garlic - 5 - 6 cloves
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley - fresh for garnishing
  • olive oil

How to make

Cut the beef into large pieces. Sear from all sides in hot oil.

Set the meat aside, add the chopped onion and the carrot cut into rounds.

Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the paprika.

Transfer all the ingredients into a clay pot, pour in hot water and add the garlic cloves.

Place the clay pot in the oven and bake, until the meat is almost cooked.

Add the peas and the potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes.

Return to the oven and continue baking for about 15-25 minutes.

Dilute the flour in a little cold water and add to the Beef with Peas and Potatoes.

Keep cooking for a few more minutes and set aside.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
