How to make
Cut the beef into 8 pieces and fry it in hot oil in a pot. Add the coarsely chopped onions, then carrots with a little water, salt and pepper and cook until the meat becomes tender.
Pour in the salsa and while it's coming to a boil, peel the potatoes and cut them. Add them to the pot once the beef is softened. Distribute everything out into clay pots (2 pieces of meat each), 1 chili pepper, sprinkle it with chopped parsley, black pepper and add a little hot water.
Close the lid and bake until the potatoes soften.
