How to make
Cut the meat into cubes. Fry them in oil, until they aquire a golden color. Add the onion and pepper (cut into small pieces).
After a few minutes, add the grated tomato and the spices.
Spread the mixture into small clay pots. Add the peas and the sliced carrots on top.
Mix the flour with the water in a bowl. Pour it into the clay pots and cover with the lids.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.
The pork with peas in a clay pot is very tasty.
