How to make
I didn't braise anything in this recipe. Chop the ingredients, salt them and start arranging in a clay pot.
At the bottom, put 1/2 the potatoes, onions, carrot, peppers, bay leaf and black pepper grains, then arrange the diced meat.
On top, arrange the remaining 1/2 of the vegetables, sprinkle with the wine, water, tomato sauce and the olives.
Cap the clay pot and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) for about 2 hours 30 min., then uncap it and leave to bake another 20 min.
