Ingredients

  • veal minced meat - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • carrots - 1 large carrot
  • onion - 1 onion
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) canned cubes
  • veal broth - 2cups (400 ml)
  • dried oregano - 1 tsp.
  • dried basil - 1 tsp.
  • kidney beans - 0.9 lb (400 g) red, canned
  • detali pasta - 1 cup
  • black pepper - by taste
  • oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Pour the oil into the multicooker and switch it on to the frying program. Fry the minced meat in the multicooker for 15 minutes.

Stir and press it with a spoon, until it crumbles and changes color in about 10 minutes.

Add the onions and carrots, pre-cut into cubes and fry for the remaining 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, broth, spices and start the slow cooking program on the multicooker for 4 hours.

After 3 and 1/2 hours, add the beans and pasta and leave to cook completely.
