  • flaxseed flour - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • cocoa - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • hazelnut tahini - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • muscovado sugar - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Blend the hazelnuts in a blender and pour them into a bowl.

Beat the eggs and add them along with the other products.

Stir well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Leave the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Then take it out, shape the cookies and arrange them in a tray onto baking paper.
