How to make
Blend the hazelnuts in a blender and pour them into a bowl.
Beat the eggs and add them along with the other products.
Stir well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Leave the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Then take it out, shape the cookies and arrange them in a tray onto baking paper.
Bake the hazelnut cookies in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for approximately 10 minutes.
