"For all those who want to eat healthy - these raw candies with quinoa, dates and hazelnuts are a delicious alternative to chocolates"

Ingredients

  • quinoa - 50 g
  • dates - 1 cup
  • hazelnuts - 1 handful
  • butter - 1/2 tbsp.
  • lemon sugar - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Boil the quinoa in 300 ml of water over medium heat (about 20 minutes).

Pit the dates. Drizzle them with lemon sugar and 2 tbsp. of hot water.

Leave them like that for 10 minutes and transfer them into a blender.

Add honey, cinnamon, soft butter and hazelnuts and blend.

Add the boiled, rinsed and strained quinoa to the resulting mixture.

Stir with a spoon and shape the candies with your hands (I got 17).

Store the quinoa candies in the refrigerator.
