"Wonderful white cheese buns for breakfast"

Ingredients

  • white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yogurt - 9 oz (250 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Add the soda in the yogurt and wait for it to activate. Add the flour with the salt and sugar into the bowl and stir at all times.

Pour in the oil and crumble the cheese inside, stir and knead a soft dough, which sticks to your hands.

Grease your hands and form 12 identical balls.

Put baking paper in a tray and arrange the white cheese buns, by leaving a space between them.

Put a slice of butter on each white cheese bun.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the delicious white cheese buns, until they're fully baked - about 35 minutes.
