How to make
Dilute the yogurt with 1 cup warm water, add the yeast, sugar and a little flour and leave it to rise. Sift the flour.
Make a well into which you need to add the eggs, salt, soft butter and foamy yeast. Separate one of the yolks for later on. Knead until you have a soft dough.
Grease it with oil and leave to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
Divide it into 6 balls, roll each one out, grease them, sprinkle them with grated cheese and roll them up. Arrange them in a greased and floured baking pan.
Wrap it up and leave it to rise for another 20 minutes in a warm place. Beat the yolk with 1 spoon of oil or butter and 1 spoon of water. Spread the mixture over the tutmanik and bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
