  • wheat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • pomegranate - 1 pc.
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • onion - 1 onion
  • olive oil - by taste
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Thoroughly wash the wheat and separate the grains, which are unfit for consumption.
