Ingredients

  • lamb shoulder - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • black pepper
  • dried mint
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • for the marinade
  • white wine - 1 cup.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves (pressed)
  • salt
  • paprika
  • rosemary

How to make

Make the marinade from the listed products. Soak the meat and leave it overnight.

Put the meat in the clay pot. Arrange the sliced onions, mushrooms and carrots on top.

Add the butter, a glass of white wine and the rest of the marinade. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and dried mint.

Bake for about 2 hours at 390°F (200°C).
