How to make
The turkey breasts are cut into cubes, they're seasoned with salt, black pepper and curry. Leave them for 30 minutes in a cold place.
Clean the apples, wash them and cut them into small cubes. Mix them along with the salad in a large bowl.
Fry the turkey breast in a pan with a little sesame seeds.
Add them to the salad and stir.
Pour the salad into a large plate and add the chopped cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
Season with lemon juice and olive oil.
The apple and turkey salad is ready.
