  • coconut flour - 2 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • walnuts - 1 handful
  • dates - 6 pcs.
  • pineapple - 1 pc. (cleaned and chopped)
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp.
  • ginger - 2 tsp.

How to make

Crush the walnuts, cut the dates and the pineapple into pieces and mix them with the other products.
