How to make
Beat the eggs, add the oat bran along with the yoghurt, a pinch of baking soda and the white cheese. These muffins are made without flour.
In pre-greased muffin molds, pour the mixture and the products for the filling.
Top up again with the mixture.
Place pieces of tomato and yellow cheese on top.
Bake the savory muffins in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C), until they aquire a golden color or are fully baked.
