How to make
Beat the eggs with a wire whisk. Add the milk, sugar and vanilla. Stir the mixture well.
Distribute it into suitable creme caramel bowls. Arrange them in a baking pan.
Pour cold water. Turn the oven on to 300°F (150°C) and put the baking pan inside while it is still cold.
Bake for an hour and a half or until it is ready. Turn off the oven and leave the creme caramel inside, until it has completely cooled.
Take out the creme caramel with brown sugar and refrigerate it overnight.
