Prepare couscous according to instructions on the package. Strain it from the water.
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Pour the milk and add the vanilla.
Pour the couscous into a greased baking pan. Pour the milk mixture over it.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes, or until it acquires a golden crust.
Leave the Creme Caramel to cool slightly and consume it.
The crème caramel with couscous is ready.
