How to make
Pour the sugar into the water and heat it, until it has melted.
Add the jam and stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the oil and while stirring gradually, add the flour and baking powder.

Pour it into a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, which also has a suitable size for the egg and dairy free sponge cake mixture.
The egg and dairy free sponge cake is baked for 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C) with a fan or 360°F (180°C) without a fan.
