How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer, until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Add the kefir, salt, sugar, soda and butter and beat again.
Finally, gradually add the flour, beat well and leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes.
Fry the blini in a greased Teflon pan, by pouring 1/2 ladle for each.
Spread the baked blini with honey, sprinkle them with walnuts and roll them up.
The Russian Blini with Honey and Walnuts are ready.
